The new and modern hospital Marina Salud was u.A. built and financed by DKV. In 2012, it was the first hospital in Spain to receive the highest certification level for implementing an electronic patient record.
There are a large number of pharmacies and they are marked with a green cross. In Spain, you can get many prescription drugs that you could not freely buy in Germany. If you are a retiree, it is cheaper to see a doctor and request a prescription. All items have different prices, but are usually cheaper than in other countries. Most pharmacies are open from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2pm and from 5 to 9:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Even in small towns there is an emergency pharmacy open around the clock or a contact number.
Throughout Spain, the emergency medical service can be contacted at 061 or 112. In each province, however, it is advisable to know the address of the hospital in your area and their emergency number. In all cities there are several hospitals that are equipped for accidents and emergencies.

La Sella Golf is an 18 hole par 72 golf course, 6289 m long, designed by José María Olazábal, the internationally renowned golfer. Its extension to 27 holes was completed with its help in January 2010. Due to its exemplary orography, La Sella Golf Course offers a balanced design and is ideal for players of all levels.
La Sella Golf is surrounded by the Montgó Natural Park, a Mediterranean forest that was respected in the plantation of the place. That's why he received the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality certification for environmental management. The irrigation systems use recycled wastewater Biological products are used for maintenance.
The three 9-hole courses are distinguished by three different colors and local winds. Llebeig: The first 9 holes are south facing. In Valenciano, a dialect spoken here, this name means "warm wind from the Sahara", caused by the tropical and dry air masses. Technically, this is a very varied place that demands a lot from the player. Gregal: The second 9 holes lead to the east. Namesake is the so-called wind, which used the boatmen in the early days for the route to Greece. Mestral: Coming from the north, this course (named after a cold wind that was feared by the farmers) concludes. From some holes you have a spectacular view of the sea, the mountains and Segaria, the natural park Montgó.
Oliva Nova Golf
The complex in Oliva Nova is a par 72 course with 18 holes, designed by the golf legend Severiano Ballesteros.
From the 3,000 m2 Clubhouse you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the golf course, with the tee holes of holes 1, 8 and 10 as well as the greens of holes 7, 9 and 18 especially highlighted. The ground floor has 1,300 m2 and houses the Pro Shop, changing rooms, bat room and buggies. In the upper part there is the cafeteria, the restaurant and a lounge. For training the short game and the Approach we recommend our 5 hole par 3 course. The fairways have a length of 50 to 90 meters and are ideal for improving pitching and putting.
